State-of-the-Art Horse Barn
The Gray Branch Ranch barn is a state-of-the-art equestrian center with horse stalls and a workroom on the main level, and luxury living quarters above.
Barn
A double chandelier will welcome you just inside the 3 story entrance to the custom barn. The facility is 7,145 sq. ft. with 12" by 12" fir beams, tounge and groove wood walls, hand scraped hardwoods, and stained concrete floors throughout. Cost saving bubble wrapped aluminum insulation and a radiant barrier protects the entire barn. A security system with video coverage of stalls, riding arena and front gate, protects all within. Includes Vitek VT-E 4 Channel Digital Video Recorders. The entire barn features compressed air throughout, including a commercial air compressor (Husky).
Horse Stalls, Corrals and Arena
The barn has five gorgeous fully functioning equestrian stalls. These are Classic Equine stalls complete with Nelson automatic horse waterers, 2 in. rubber support for horse comfort, and a fly/mosquito repellent system throughout. They also have individual drains for easy cleanup. Two of the stalls have Vitek Video monitoring cameras and all stalls are wired for video feeds.

Outside the stalls are individual corrals [34' x 41' and 32' x 41']. Adjacent to the barn is your own private riding arena [ 140' x 90' ], equipped with arena sand and Halogen lights for night time riding.
Living/Media Room
The barn includes roomy living quarters on the second floor with 12' ceilings, a balcony overlooking the arena and pond, an over-sized party room, custom hand-scraped hard wood floors, gorgeous Antelope carpet, and a convenient kitchen with mosaic tile back splash, granite island, stainless microwave, stove, and fridge/freezer. The room boasts a 50" HD plasma television, and 7.1 digital surround sound with Atlantic Technologies built in speakers and 12" Sub Woofer. In addition, the barn is equipped with six-zone multi-room audio powered by a Knoll Multi-room audio amplifier and 4 x 2 Video Matrix Switcher. Each zone has its own individual Volume Control.
Library/Study
The stately library incorporates a custom built-in desk with computer island, built-in bookshelves, hi-gloss stained concrete floors, faux finished walls, Jeldwen double pane windows, a hidden closet, and a ceiling fan. The library is taken to a new technological level with a 32" Sharp television complete with 4 zone closed circuit cameras showing horses/stalls, riding arena and entry gate/cattle guard.
Bunk Room
The warm and cozy bunk room is composed of solid tongue and groove wood walls with a matching built-in dresser, queen size bed and stacked double bunk beds. This WIFI internet hot spot is topped of with a mounted 40" Sharp television.
Bathroom / Laundry Center
Barn is equipped with a gorgeous all tile/faux finished bathroom including, toilet, standing urinal, mudroom, sink, shower, and stackable washer and dryer (Kenmore).
Workshop
The commercial-grade workshop features overhead knotty alder cabinets and drawers, and over 50 sq, ft, [21' x 2.5'] of custom built in workbenches. All walls include wood slats for custom tool storage. Durable stained concrete flooring, mounted 37" Sharp television on cantilevered mounting bracket and ceiling fan finish the space.
Kitchenette
A convenient kitchenette is located downstairs and includes granite counter tops, trio of stainless refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, a commercial sink with oversized faucet, custom faux finished walls and stained concrete flooring.
Three-Car Garage and Secondary Workshop
The barn has ample space for extra vehicles with three extra individual oversized garage doors. [18' x 9' - 12' x 9' - 10' x 9'].
This area also has a 42" Pioneer Plasma HD Television and Pioneer amplifier, perfect for parties.
